There is a one-time listing fee of $5.99 per property. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees. Taxes may apply depending on your province.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. Both options are fully secure and process payments immediately.
You can upload up to 50 photos per listing. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 10 MB each. Photos are stored securely on Cloudinary and served via CDN worldwide.
All tour requests and rental applications are accessible from your owner dashboard. You can confirm or cancel tours and approve or reject applications with a single click.
Yes. You can edit any listing detail — including photos, rent price, description, and amenities — at any time. You can also set a listing to inactive to hide it from renters while keeping it saved, or delete it entirely from your dashboard.
